Until the SFS year-end
In Wales, most Sustainable Farming Scheme Universal Actions must be complete by 31 December 2026 and confirmed on the SFS Universal Dashboard by 15 January 2027. The rulebook runs to more than 200 pages. Get the list for your farm.
How it works
- CheckSee what the scheme asks of your farm, with dates and official sources. The balance of your Universal Payment waits until every action is confirmed on your dashboard. Live See my SFS tasks
- RecordNote the job when you do it, on your phone, even without signal. Snap & Say fills it from a photo of the label or report, or one sentence; you check it. Live Open my records
- ProveEvery record is labelled honestly: self-declared, evidence attached or checked. Print your records as an inspection pack. Live How we label proof
- ShareChoose records, choose who sees them and for how long, and take them back. Preview Share proof
SELL WITH PROOF. BUY WITH TRUST.

Named after the porthmyn of Wales
For centuries they carried news, livestock and trust from Welsh farms to market. Porthmon carries the same three for today's farms.
Built by Mustafa Yigit Ozcan, who spent eleven years in telecoms marketing, much of it on Vodafone's Farmers' Club, which reached about 900,000 farmers in Turkey.

How we label proof
Self-declared your own record · Evidence attached backed by a photo or document · Checked by a named person on a date
Snap & Say never raises the label; attaching the label, report or certificate does. Nothing is called verified that is not.
Asked for the same papers again?
Buyers, assessors and advisers will be able to ask for exactly the proof they need, and you answer from records you already keep, for a set time, and take it back when you choose. Keeping your records stays free; sharing will be a low monthly extra, free for the first year for farmers who start early.
Help shape Porthmon
We are looking for farms and buyers in North Wales and Cheshire to try Porthmon in November 2026. Or just hear about new features, a few emails a year.
Why now

Wales
The Sustainable Farming Scheme began on 1 January 2026. 8,104 farmers claimed the Universal Layer in its first year and 8,038 stayed on BPS. Those inside face their first year-end; those outside must decide for 2027.
Farmers Weekly, 27 September 2026

England
The second Sustainable Farming Incentive window of 2026 opened at 10:00 on 22 September and closed at 15:48 the same day when the budget ran out. Being ready before the next window opens now matters more than anything else.

Proof asked again and again
On 9 October 2026 the Welsh Government agreed that FAWL, Red Tractor and Pasture for Life membership can stand for part of the scheme's animal health action. Buyers, assurance schemes and lenders ask for the same evidence in different forms. Record once, reuse with consent: the idea Porthmon is built on.
