Signing in does not automatically copy device records: choose that on the account page. Clearing browser data removes local copies. Save a backup file somewhere safe, such as your own cloud folder. A pre-update recovery copy may also remain in this browser; deleting active records does not erase it. Clearing this site’s browser data removes all local copies. Restoring a file adds records to the workspace you are currently viewing; check the device or account label above first.
How long to keep them: 5 years for SFS in Wales (Universal Layer guidance 2026). For SFI26 in England, supporting evidence is kept for at least 7 years from the agreement end date or earlier termination. For SFI23/SFI24, follow your own agreement rules.
